ITS NEW YEARS EVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The last day for the year 2006!!! woot!

I dont know why le...but i always get very sentimental on the last day of the year...i guess its just a reminder to me that time waits for no man?

Always make it a point to do something really special on the last day bcos 2006 only comes once and i want to savour it to its fullest while it lasts =)

However, this year i cant spend the last day of the yr with him lo ...cos someone's bz :(
Like i said only idiots choose the new yrs day for a system to go live....but anyway thats another story...mwehehehe

And of cos with every new year...theres the ever so popular new yr resolutions (which gets forgotten latest by the 1st week of the new yr) and also a flash back on the ending year

Of cos i cant be revealing flashbacks on my personal life to you all here lah...how can??? like what Ben said last nite...im sked of stalkers...

So i can only be doing flashbacks on the stuff i blog here....is that ok with u all??mwehehehe

In January 2006....

I bought my very first car!!! It means a LOT to me..hehe and YEAH! its not pink,so sue me! lol




In February 2006...

I went to outer space and managed to take some AWESOME pics



and my cat gave me a not very pleasant surprise


In March 2006...

My blog reached its 700th mark!!! WOOHOO~~



I got sooo addicted to sudoku that i had sudoke nightmares

'Someone' in office sent me a 'love letter' secretly and we've been 'together' ever since! 'x'



I bade goodbye to a very close 'friend' ... sob

I went to Bangkok for the very first time!! WOOT! a well deserved holiday!!!

after all the heavy preparation and anticipation...christmas has come and gone once again~~

sigh...




Naturally...the previous few days have consisted of food and more food and more leftovers of cos :)

Why, i m still eating leftovers for dinner just now...wahahaha




And since most international web sites are taking AGES to load...and ironically blogger is being EXCEPTIONALLY fast today...i have no choice but to blog...or else thres nothing for me to do lor...

I just finished reading Stephen King's latest book....CELL

I m not here to do a book review...but let me just briefly tell you what the book is all about...ok,its about a so called 'virus' which is being spread thru the cellular phone network infecting all those people who used their handphone.

Once you pick up a call or make a call thru your phone,your brain will sort of become brainwashed and you become some sort of a living dead...they become a robot-like being who eventually tried to take over the world by 'forcing' all the other normal people to use the phone and therefore become infected with the virus and eventually become one of them...

The normals did not put up a fight against this either as they were tired of being different ... now that the living dead rule the world they just want to be like them and stop being different..

well,i hope u get the gist..if not,pls visit the wiki link lor...

So after reading the book ...i got online and logged on to blogger.com and what do i see on the front page?





HAAA....google trying to separate out those OLD blogger users...who STILL refused to change from those NEW blogger people who are the IN group

And if that wasnt enough...they tried to entice you into joining the NEW BLOGGER with attractive features which of course is ONLY available to NEW blogger users



Oh well never mind...i logged in and reached my dashboard and .........

Now can you see the link between we the OLD blogger users and the normal people in stephen king's novel???

We r the outcasts...we r the people who refuse the change for the better...and they r going to laugh and jeer at us from their drag and drop template editing blogger and la dee da =(

the christmas vacation is finally here............

altho its only....4 days long...but its CHRISTMAS!!!!!!

That makes a whole lot of difference! ;)

I m really glad i didnt take the day off (today!)

kekekek cos this working day doesnt seem to be a working day at all!! =)

Had a wondrous lunch at a restaurant ... which was our boss' treat!!

WOOHOOO!! theres nothing better than a free lunch...muahahahaha

And thats only the tip of the iceberg~... i guess the best part about the lunch gathering was......being able to go back to the office 1 hour AFTER our official lunch break ends..!!!MUAHAHAAHAH

No one is worried cos we r with the BOSS! YAY! =)

Then when we reached office...its almost time for .......

our office gift xchange!! WOOHOO~

Thats the only time we can rightfully act like monkeys surrounding the christmas tree and waiting excitedly for our turn to draw a present!

They say the number of tang yuens u shud eat must equal to your age...so its like if you are 5 yrs old you should have 5 balls and if you are 12 then 12 balls and if you are 80 ..i guess you will just choke yourself on the 80 tang yuens you are supposed to swallow...so good luck to you!

Tis the season to be angry....

FA LA LA LA LA ...

with THE day just 6 days away... everyone is really in a hurry to complete their christmas shopping

Just got back from another 'battle' in the shopping mall ... ok..am crossing out 2 from my christmas shopping list....2 down and 'ONLY' 8 more to go =(

We were really fighting a battle trying to find a parking space, trying to choose my desired gift among the crowds and best of all queueing up to pay for my purchases...YEARGHHH that is a nightmare!!

Every counter has a long long queue and the cashier seemed to be working at a slower pace than usual...shid!

He told me it must be because of the extended opening hours of the departmental stores tiring out their cashiers and therefore the turtle-slow service *shrugs*

But the worst thing is .... those QUEUE-CUTTING-AUNTIES....GGGRRR it just makes me feel like strangling the daylight out of them!

Wahlau just now there was this auntie who carried so many belts in her hands and she was trying to push her way into the queue from the side and she kept on nudging my behind with her &%$^&# belts!!!

I doubt she is doing her christmas shopping lah...i bet she must be taking advantage of the year end sales to stock up for Chinese new year nxt yr...wahahaha

There is NO WAY one could do their christmas shopping without getting angry nowadays :(

Especially ME! =) i cant stand crowds ...crowds make me angry....hee

i think someone knows this :P

Which reminds me why i always buy my christmas presents all from the same one shop....KEKEKE...last year it was shoes/heels/sandals for EVERYONE since the footwear store gave me very good service...and best of all...no crowds!!!

Peeping Tom!!!

There's this peeping tom in my office's toilet who has been staying in the toilet for 2 weeks already ok???

He's not moving...he just stares at you with his 2 beady eyes...and if you stare back...he still stares right back ...OMG!!!

Its really starting to freak me out...

but does anyone do anything about it?? i don think so

in fact, i think some of my colleagues might not even have noticed its presence in the toilet when they r doing their........wellllllllllll..ermnmmm whatever business they were doing in the toilet.

i just cant stand it anymore yesterday....................so i just gathered up any courage left and take its pic and post it here!!!!!!

Pls someone free us from this peeping tom~

I've been craving for tiramisu for 2 weeks already...and 2 weeks ago..someone 'donated' a piece of tiramisu to me and evne so...that someone kept on asking for RM2.50 from me for that measly piece of tiramisu :(

Kuching is facing a very unexpected change of weather for the past 3 days!!!

It has been raining like no one's business...and dusk comes sooner than usual...

I think we are experiencing our very FIRST KUCHING WINTER!!!

just got back from my twice yearly confession...MUAHAHA...



As catholics, we are encouraged to do confession of sins before easter and christmas every year :)

And normally, during these 2 periods, there will be specially allocated days for all parishioners to do their confession and there will be 6/7/8 priests to hear your confession on these few days...

Tho we could easily have gone for confession on a normal sunday when we go to church...

but i still prefer to join the 'rush' with all the other parishioners on these special days...wahahaha

I think its much more fun to be in the exceptionally quiet church...queing up for your turn to go into the confessional booth :P

I actually like the nervousness and kinteo-ness while waiting for your turn...and the moment you come out from the booth...you feel very 'LIGHT' ...

As of now, i still cant determine whether that feeling of relief is due to the fact that i've confessed my sins or because i've finally got the thing over and done with

And the weird thing about being in the quiet church is that ... i always have this irresistable urge tolaugh out loud...weird, i know =i myself cant explain it...
why, i almsot LOL-ed in church just now..

Non catholics might think that we catholics can sin all we want and then go for a confession and have all our sins forgiven...

That is not actually the case la...going for confession is just a symbolic gesture of having repented from all our sins...

Even so, we always make it a point not to curse at the *toot* who cut into your lane the minute you drive outside of the church compound or the *toot toot* waitress who looked as if you owe her a million dollars...

Hee and another thing is that...the sins you confess to the priest should remain a secret between you and the priest...its a SECRET~~~

Which is why i always make it a point not to have my confession with a priest i knwo lah!...


I never knew MURMURING is a sin!!!

Oh btw... i did a boo-boo in the confessional booth just now....

dang it!! i almost fell down right in front of the priest...WAHAHAHAHAHA

blame it all on the shaky kneeler 'x'

Anyway...embarassing stuff is what i do best =)

So now that i've prepared myself spritually for the christmas season...its time for ....PRESENT SHOPPING~~ YAY!... :P
