Shopping day

I thought no one would notice the missing post for Thursday but someone did. Lol. So today's post will have more pics :P

What with payday just arrived and this being a long weekend and cny just around the corner, what can I do on a nice Saturday if not shopping!

I bought a 40 pack of kotex overnight wing and I was entitled to a spin and win contest. Look what I managed to spin out!


A cute little kotex bear! Rof! I was quite pleased with myself. They really know how to cheer up someone who's having period! Lol!!!

I heard of the étude house 50% sale so I decided to enter the little pink shop after so long and I walked out with these...


One nail art black color polish, konad mini set, konad plate and the goodbye dark circle eye cream. All these for only rm64. I think it's another bargain :)

I think the little raccoon they use on the eye cream box is cute

I have been wanting to buy a quad eyeshadow set so after swatching the back of my hand with eyeshadows from 5 different brands at watsons I brought this home


At only rm21 (after discount) I think it's quite a deal. Colors are quite pigmented but lets hope it's long lasting. This is my first quad can you believe it???

P/s for those Who read my fb status on the jusco cosmetics one day promo... I did not give in to the temptation after all! Lol! The sales period is pure evilll I tell ya! EVIL!!!!!

Penang Heritage trail

The visiting CIO from US is leaving soon and instead of a nice simple dinner ( on the CIO ) some smart alec decided that we should do some 'fun' activity instead of just eating. And we ended up doing the Penang heritage trail on a hot thursday afternoon -_-"

On top of that, we were each assigned to give a tour of one heritage site. The worst thing was, it was also our first time there. Lol


After which we adjourned to hainan town near Weld quay for dinner

Deterioration

I'm not going to do a review on these facial products but I just don't know what pic I should post for this topic :p


Since I moved to Penang almost a year ago I have been getting this rash like pimples or whatever hell it is on my face once almost every month! Then it will last for around 1 week and I will have an ugly face for 1 week :((

People have been asking me whether or not it's allergy to which I replied it's not because I've never ever have this kind of condition before I move to Penang! I started to get it 2 weeks after I moved here :(

And if u say it's the products I use, I've stopped and changed a few brands during the past few months but still I get it! The most probable factor would be the weather in penang. Grrr! U can't imagine how much I hate this!!! And it itches too!!!! Argh!

My torturous tuesdays

To me sleep is veryyy important especially on a working day. On a working day, even 5 minutes of lost sleep will mAke me very irritated :p

But every tuesday, I would have to wakeup almost 30 mins earlier to attend our weekly departmental meeting and it certainly made me a sad girl :(

I dont know how I managed to survive 11 years of waking up to go to school at 630am. Lol!

Cny cookies

Finished cooking dinner at 630 pm just now and someone was STILL not back yet. So i was browsing thru my recipe book and suddenly got the itch to make a batch of butter cookies. Mwehehe. So I started making em!


Ok looks is not on top of my list ok? Most important thing is it tasted good right? Wahaha. I'm still amazed the normally lazy me could whip out these cookies in half An hour.

And the cookies became our supper for today :)

Toilet review

Ok this may come across as gross and disgusting but I've been wanting to say this for a long time. Lol. Here goes... I really love queensbay mall's gsc toilet! Lol


It's always cleAn and nice and the best thing is... The toilet cubes are almost always dry!! I wonder how the cleaners do it! Lol.

And it smells nice...Rof! And I like the hand washing soap, it's foam instead of liquid! Rof! I can't believe i'm actually saying this out

Environmentally conscious?

If people are really serious about the whole saving the environment thing...they should be stopping establishments like kim Gary from killing more of our trees

Too busy but...

I have been so busy the whole morning and I hope the afternoon won't be toooo bad that I didn't even have time to go to the toilet. Lol


But ironically, I still have time to blog and facebook! Isn't that funny?? Lol

Oh well it's Friday again, 2 weeks and few days from now... I'll be back to Kuching again for another long holiday! Woohoo!

Bad people, good people

I had a vegetarian lunch today. Yes! 2 types of vege with absolutely no meat.The rather tasteless lunch however made me crave for sweet stuffs after lunch -_-"

So we bought a slice of cappucino cake to share and we ate at a colleague's cube


We had our laughs and light moment during that very short break. Which made me think...every workplace comes with it's own set of bitches/bastards but it also comes with nice people. Hate it or love it I don't know...

He even says MINE is a bossy sort of manner on the cover...kekeke

Anyway, it is a very cute book with very cute drawings which is why I made an exception to the a picture a day rule. Hehehe

Project 365: bug off farker!

Tuesdays is not always a good day for me. I wake up extra early and I rush to work so that I can reach office BY 8am cos I have a video conf at 8am SHARP EVERY Tuesday! Breakfast is definitely out of the question. Even more so when the meeting finishes at 11am... Like today -_-""

Project 365 : who wants toffee?

My US boss Is going to be in penAng office for 2 weeks and he brought along these for us...


A 1.36 kg worth of an assortment of chocs and toffees! He really knows how to get on the good side of his staff, doesn't he? Cos he brings us chocs and brings us out for ice cream lunch whenever he's here. Lol

I was just eating a toffee just now and my teeth got stuck with toffee. Well that reminds me of an Enid blyton story, about how a boy curi makan toffee and got his whole mouth stuck with toffee and all he could say was mmfpfpfmmt!

Project 365 : oops

Last nite I made meat pie for dinner. The top part got abit burnt so I m just showing u the insides. Wahaha.

Tasted ok but it was a little dry.

Project 365 : 16 days too late

Instant BBQ

Tsk tsk. Ppl nowadays everything also want instant. Last nite, while grocery shopping at jusco.. I saw this!



It says instant BBQ. Just light the fire and BBQ away! After that u just throw away the tray like thingy


It comes with charcoal and even the wire stand! WTF! Lol


How much more lazier can the humankind get?
