Salmon??!!

Heee...
Went on our usual Saturday nite out last nite and we had japanese food at the food court of Tun Jugah

Some of you might know that i just absolutely love RAW salmon 'x'

Well..i like COOKED salmon too la...But i used to really love eating those raw ones especially salmon sashimi...WAHAHAHA

So last nite ... i just found out that the jap food stall there serves CHIRASHI DON too!

So i ordered that lor...and waited happily for my raw salmon ^_^

And here it is~~

First few bites was quite ok...by the 5th/6th bite.......erkkkkkkkk

They all tasted the same ! Boohooohooo...the sotong,the prawn (tasted the worst! as if i stole my mom's uncooked prawn from her freezer!=\) and sadly...the salmon as well ! BOoohooohoo

My lovely salmon gave me a bad impression last nite... :(

By the 10th mouthful...i was about to puke everything out!!! Arghh

At the end...he was the one helping me finish the chirashi...WAHAHAHA

I wonder it tastes so nice meh? hmmm =
From now on...only COOKED salmon for me pls....boohoohooo

1. The Journey inside a 5 Year Old's Room

HEH...it has been a while since i've been to my little nephew's bedroom and i was in for quite a surprise...

firstly...there were posters stuck on almost every 4 corners of the room. Posters of my body, my alphabets,my numbers, etc




And all his hand drawn pictures and cartoons and what nots were stuck all over the wall!

My goodness..i would have a heart attack if he were my son...my expensive house...all stuck with pictures..LOL



Not only that ! But he even used his stamping set to stamp on the walls...boohoohooo :( my poor sis..hahaha




But there was one particular drawing that really made me laughed out loud...this one ...




A drawing of him,his mom and his dad on a harley davidson bike...HAHAHAA
for starters...they do not have a bike...and secondly...its just so funny the way he drew it

And this is his chicken little doll..so cute huh??? ^_^

2. Tissue Box



A weird looking tissue dispenser i noticed at a saloon..hehehe

Quite special ho? the tissue comes out from the nostrils of the dog...hee..so cute


3. Dog on the loose



Heee...saw this gentle doggie at a food court...she was really so gentle and well mannered in asking for food..WAHAHAHA

How is she well mannered??? Well..she just sat there with gentle eyes..just looking at us....OH NOOO how could we resist that...

hehehe..at least she (yup its a SHE, we checked :p) was courteous enough not to jump onto our chairs...brrr


4. A most expensive bowl of instant noodles



Nothing really special rite???

Well this bowl of lousy instant noodles costed me RM5!!!

Add a fried egg and some pork cubes and WAHLAH! a 30 cent per pack instant noodle became RM5 noodle...

5. Mc Toys Galore!

Hehehehe...went to MC D to sweep up all the MC D toys on cheap sale. Managed to grab 2 hamtaro, 1 kim possible and 1 brother bear doll for rm6.

They are selling 2 toy for rm3...

The kid within us made us join the fun and buy some toys home...WAHAHAH



I really love my 2 hamtaros...so cuuuuuuuuuuuuuute :)

System Enhancements

Just in case no one have noticed....my blog layout is WELL again!..wahahaha

Yup i did some system enhancements after the several comments on my layout...my sidebar has been right down below for the longest time! i think since i added in the chat box!

hehehehe..but i was really TOO LAZY to debug it ...

so at last i made some effort to repair it lor...i think is quite a disgrace to be doing system for other people the whole day long and yet my blog looks like that! WAHAHAHAH

Its a good thing my boss doesnt blog (or does he?)

Ok .. time for some programming lesson :p

According to some suggestions, there's a missing closing
tag somewhere...

I tried looking for it...by counting the number of opening tag and then matching it with the number of closing
tags but the number of opening and closing tags both tally.

So should not be a problem with that lor...at the end ... i did the surefire method to repair my template......


Replace the whole template with another new template lo!..wahahahha

No doubt all the customizations i have done like my chat box, my counter, my links are gone...but its ok, i have added those in and now my template is looking A-OK!

YIPPEE!

Now all ye IE users can see my chat box up here rite????? Now its time to spam my chatbox! YAY!

Of Sundaes and Popcorns

Just got back from a nice date ! heeeee

Nothing makes my day like a pleasant date! wahahaha...

What constitutes a pleasant date then?

Well its easy...just as long as we both had a good time together! :))

To tell you the truth, i was rather stressed out at the end of the workday... stupid people just doesnt make my day ..bleks

But after spilling out all my woes and worries and what nots...I FEEL REFRESHED! and ENERGIZED ..hehehehe

I hope you all get what i meant :P

OH YA!...something really errr...exciting happened just now

We were walking around the so called Kuching Chinatown looking at pirated dvds sold by china men and women when suddenly a guy walked past and casually and calmly said "KMC LAI LO"

Meaning "THE KMC PEOPLE IS COMING"!

And IMMEDIATELY!! yup i really mean IMMEDIATELY...all 7/8 of the peddlers grabbed the 4 ends of the rubber mat on which they put their goods and RAN OFF!

wowww i tell you! there were so fast! i couldnt even figure out WHERE they ran off to!!! like cartoons they were!

I think they must have had a lot of pratice already...WAHAHAHHA

oh ya...fyi..KMC should stand for KUCHING MUNICIPAL COUNCIL...pls correct me if im wrong :)

After the dinner we had some time to kill so we went to SUNNY HILL!!! YAY!

For those who are not Kuching born, allow me to give a little introduction on this place

Sunny hill is famous for their soft ice cream and they have been operating since.....since.............I COULD REMEMBER!

I think they have been operating for at least 20 years!!! That is how long they are there at the SAME spot serving the SAME ice cream...lol

Well this place gives a good feel to me particularly because....hehehehe...it was one of the first few places we went on dates in the earlier days!

wahahahaah!

Call us cheap skates, call us anything you like ...but we were poor students back then y' know? *wink*

The place is rather err.....run down actually...i think they have not changed the tables and chairs since they started operating until recently...

Cos we found out that they have changed their tables and chairs into these colorful and bright ones...

hehehe..and the ice cream they serve....mmMmMmMMm I can tell you not even haagen daz can beat 'em...oops 'x'



And another thing i like abt this old place is that ...they are the only FEW places selling SALTED popcorns!!

Yup you heard me rite!

Buttered popcorns are EVERYWHERE..except for salted ones...i wonder how come no one ever sell 'em...boohoohoo



I know MOST people prefer buttered ones ...but im one of the few who TOTALLY ADORES salted popcorns

After that we were rather stuffed already and went back to his house for my weekly visit...*ahem*

And !!...his mom gave us some ORCHID SAUSAGE BUN!

Its not the regular brownish bun...but the white skin bun as in the skin of CHA SIO PAU?

My Birthday Present

I got a very pleasant surprise via snail mail just now..

I got a very very early birthday card from Public Bank! ^_^


Well its not my bday ....yet! My birthday is in around like 1 mth + 3 days time...*hint hint*

But thats not all...the content is even more pleasant!




I thought it was just another corny marketing gimmick from the credit card company wishing for me to buy insurance or take another quick cash or blablabla..

But nooooooooo they offered to give me a birthday present!!!

And no! it is not another year's waiver for my credit card...but this!




Its an OSIM IBrush! Good or wat?!?! kekeekek...

The next thought that entered my mind was...IS THERE ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS??maybe i need to spend a certain amount at OSIM before i could redeem my present???

But NO to that too! I will only need to present my IC and the original copy of the birthday card at an OSIM Outlet

WAHAHAHAHA..nothing makes my day than a VERY VERY early bday present! Yippee!!

After the temporary disappearance from my blog...I AM BACK!

The anniversary celebration is over ... the dinner is over and so is my slideshow project...WAHAHAHA

Went to have our family photo taken...And it was really funny to pose here n there and to play around with the props...LOL

After the photo taking session and half an hour of cramp smiley mouths we had our dinner at Kuchign Food Center.

It was quite fun blowing balloons and MORE balloons! I was really really out of breath at the end...imagine blowing like around 10 ballons in 30 minutes??




Heh..you could see my nephew enjoying himself trying to catch the balloons :)

After church decorating...it is off to sleep for us....we had to wake up early for the mass for my parents' wedding anniversary ...

Cat Fright

Lovely wednesday aint it ? hehehe

I just love wednesdays...you know why???

Well cos when wednesday is here...it means there's only 2 days left before the weekends!!! WAHAHAAHHA

Good news guys...my slideshow is around 89% complete oredi! Yippee...now i gotta do some fine tuning to the music so that the music ends when the slideshow ends..hehehe..

Its a little like producing a movie! heh...

Had a dinner of chee cheong fan and fried chicken just now...the fried chicken came with a tagline of "CHICKEN BREAST WITH MEAT LIKE DRUMSTICK"

hehehe...so we gave it a try...and its ok!..so so la..not too good and not too bad 'x'

But then hor...just when i was trying to bite a stubborn piece of chicken...i suddenly sensed something looking at me from the empty chair beside me...

I looked down....and

WARGHHHHHHHHHHH!

Two black eyes staring at me!!!!

I gave a little shriek and dropped my piece of chicken...boohoohooo

In order to please IT...i threw a piece of chicken somewhere near the floor so that IT would jump down from the chair and stop harassing me... :(

So scared...once IT jumped off the chair...so did we...WAHAHAHA...RUN!!!

I received a sms from an unknown number during lunch just now...

It was from an old fren's sister who is coincidentally in the same field as me and she cant finish her final year proj in time and wants me to help and wants to pay me for helping her

How about that???

Who ever said that it is rite to PAY someone to finish your FYP when you cant finish it huh?!?!!?

No 1. its YOUR proj not mine
No 2. u think money can buy u EVERYTHING???

Well no offence to anyone out there...but...its really a bad attitude among college students who pay ppl to help tehm finish their projects

Projects are there for a sole purpose : to gauge your skills and knowledge in your selected fields

So if you cant even finish your own proj by YOURSELF...the you might as well not graduate la...stay anotehr semester until you CAN finsih it

heh...that's all from me today..today was a SHITTY day...got really pissed off by a @%$# user...i hope you have REALLY BAD nightmares 2nite!!!! grrrr....

For one...i finally managed to find a dinner dress for my parents annivesary dinner this saturday!! woohoohooo!!

I can tell you...its NOT easy to buy a dinner dress when you are on the lookout for one. But when you are not looking for any nice dress in particular....you are bound to find something that you really really like but couldnt find any occasion to wear it too..hahaha

He and i search hi and lo...when THE dress caught his eye...at first i wasnt too keen on it...but then after some persuasion, i decided to go and try it on la...

And its a fit! :)

Happy happy me and HIM of cos..i bet he was tired... :p

I know we ladies can be rather difficult when it comes to shopping for a purpose...cos it has to be nice and it fits our budget....heh...what to do?... :))

So i was very happy cos my quest to search for the ultimate dress has ended lo! Err...no pictures on the dress........yet..................maybe i might get some model to wear it and i take that pic and post it here huh???hehehe...

OBITUARY

This serves to inform all my readers that my slipper-hugging cat has left us for good today.

We couldnt find any valid reasons for her sudden passing.

Only possible reason right now could be poisoning by my jealous dog

She was still healthy right till the end. And when she didnt come back for dinner last nite, we all thought she was on her usual overnite prowl 'x'

Bye bye my dear cat...i would have let you bring my slipper along with you on your eternal journey if i had not like it as much as you.

I will miss you waiting for me outside the gates when i come home every nite... :'(

Rest in peace and i hope you will be able to catch rats for God
