I can never get tired eating the JL Gourmet mushroom soup :D
Most of the time when we go shopping at Prangin Mall, we would have lunch at JL Gourmet. The food are all reasonably priced and i have yet to be disapointed with the food there. Normally they would have a set meal consisting of the entree which is the soup, a main dish and a dessert (normally one scoop of your regular ice cream) and drinks. This is the second time i ordered the chicken lasagne from JL and i really love it.
The tomato paste is not overpowering and would you believe the chunks are chicken are baked to a certain level of crispiness. I really love that! :P talking about it now makes me yearn for more...
someone ordered the chicken carbonara (again). I think we are a pretty boring bunch...always ordering the same food all the time just because we are afraid that it would spoil our experience there if we were to order a different thing and ending up disappointed...hmm
the chicken carbonara is nice too! the sauce is not too heavy like some places where you can't even shove in another spoonful after your 6th or 7th...slurps!
The set amounts to RM16.90 (no tax!). "You phi you chi!" what more can you ask for? :)
