Have been told of the existence of a Shanghai Dimsum place near Bormill care (behind The Two Bananas somewhere round Jln Ahmad Zaidi Adruce)...but never been there, until today!

the place was nice and quiet and clean...with a very oriental interior with chinese instrumental music playing in the background...
i heard it is owned by a lady from China and sure enough there was a lady talking with a Chinese accent taking our orders...
she recommended their special coffee...she said it was from.........er....from.....i didnt quite catch the name ...
but it was frothy and creamy and thick...good for coffee lovers!
and she also recommened fried pork dumplings...
8 pieces for around RM6.50? not too sure 'x'
but it sure is good...

and also..the creamy sweet buns...
nice poinky white skin...
it was ok...but not excellent if you get wht i mean...it taste a lot like creamy butter to me...

all these were recommended by the lady who i presumed is the owner lah...
and everything amounted to RM17.10
all 3 dim sum was only around RM12.50...cheap i must say for good quality dim sum! apart from dim sum, they also have few types of noodles on the menu which we did not try.
overall...good food, great service... i m sure going back there again!

Isn't that eating dim sum will be matching with Chinese Tea instead of coffee?...Anyway, I love dim sum too once in a while.

hmm...ok my opinion, i think the pork is abit too raw and I wont go back ;p
yealo, i agree with Chen, cheap compared to the expensive restaurants here in PG.
oso agree with RedSponge, the pork does look a little raw-er than usual.

Heard Mitsu Tea House opened a branch in Kuching. Should try! Nice! Here, the siaw lung pau only RM5.50 per basket...and other items like siew mai is RM3.50. Cheap...and nice!!!

ahh sibu...the land of cheap and good food ;)
