My Version of Oreo Cheesecake

During the long weekends...i suddenly had the urge to make a cake...

I received a fwd email few weeks ago on how to make a chilled oreo cheesecake...no baking required....

So i thought to myself how difficult can a chilled cheesecake be? 'x'

bought the ingredients...

a stick of butter, a tub of whipped cream and 1kg of cream cheese!!!!...i'll need 100 push ups to burn up all the fat

couldnt find oreo at Choice Premier...how could that be!!! so had to make do with ....

i guess its still the same la...only cheaper =x

first, remove all the cream filling from the cookies...

this is heartbreaking to do....
look at all the creamy goodness...thrown away into the dustbin

pound the cookies into powder to make the base for the cake...

sorry...no more pics after this cos my hands were all dirty with the pounding and mixing...

see...i wasnt lying...

wahahaha...anyone still dares to eat my cheesecake after seeing this pic???
