every single morning...
i've heard ppl telling me that their laksa is super good but when we drive pass the place and saw that it's fully packed...we always turned away...
so last saturday i decided that enough was enough...i want to try out this place and see what's the big deal all about!
the place was fully packed...as usual...
i had poh piah
and he had laksa...
cos it was nothing to shout about!!! nothing!!! the soup was watery and the prawns were puny
and the kaya toast...it was even more nothing to shout about, so much so that i cant even bother to hold my hands steady to take this shot 'x' (bah! excuses)
someone pls tell me...cos i cannot understand why are they fully packed every morning!

Ngai ti! You went there last Sat? I wanted to go there last Sat too but my mum said it's just so so nia. She prefers the one @ Bormill Cafe or 4th Mile.
The popiah looks like the one I had at 4th Mile lei. Penang doesn't have this kind of popiah! So sad! The popiah here is usually WET! Yuck!

Popiah is good and the kolo mee.
The kolo mee is my friend's parents :) yeah its good
maybe u went there too late, as the laksa stall owner tend to mix water and the soup when the soup is running low.
The toast should taste nice gua as they use charcoal to toast the bread. The Kolo mee is nice too.
It being ages since i went there, cos i'm a lazy pig and i don wan to mingle with people.
pink cotton, maybe u can try out the Malay Corner's laksa at Finest cafe in travilion here. It's at the back row where u dont get to see the shop from the front. So u drive in travilion and make a nice turn to the back lane and u'll see Finest Cafe. It's owned by my husband actually. heheh. But Malay is malay. When they have mood, they'll open stall. When they're not in mood, they can shut stall without telling us. So i can only say, "normally" it's open. Saturday, definitely not open.
We have very nice roti kahwin here too. And the chinese stalls offer very spicy curry mee if u can put up with spicy food. U might get to see me here everyday during lunch time. ehhehe
