Free Air Cond

phew! i am quite done with paid posts for now...
they gave me 2 opps at one time so i have to do both of them before 1am tonite :P

anywayyyyy....
what is wrong with the weather??? it is like an oven!!!

i am sorry, but due to the weather i just had to go to the Spring one more time 'x'
to go take a look at the Padini sale get some fresh cool airrrrr...ahhh!!!!

anyway before that, we had to drop by the Post office to renew his driving license...and i saw this on the notice board...



what the!!!! i call this insect cruelty! :(

ok lets get back to the cooling aircond of the spring...lol...

mwehehehe...sorry, i just had to try the durian flavored donut one more time 'x'
absolutely yum! taste 99% like the real durian...1% missing cos there's no durian shell...HAH!

for lunch...we decided to try out the food court at the spring...cos we've never eaten there...
we walked round and round and round and could not decide what to eat. That was a sign! we should have walked straight out! but instead we decided to give this stall a chance...



cos its cheap!
one hotdog bun and onion rings for RM2.80...



onion ring tasted like plastic :( i practically left them untouched
hotdog bun was as puny as my little finger...ok! i am exaggerating a bit here! :P

one quarter chicken for RM3.50

do u call that a quarter chicken???????? i call that FOUR PIECES OF CHICKEN!

They obviously need some math lesson 'x'

after the pathetic "lunch", i went and bought some pie tee...

5 for RM5.50 which was quite pathetic as welll...SIGH

and that was yesterday...

today is still hot!....need some more free air cond from another shopping mall :P

had lunch at ....

had white coffeee...

i love this...thick enough and sweet enough =)

kaya and toast...

buttery enough...kaya-ey enough...

egg and ham rice....

not meaty enough and not fast enough 'x'

i can fry a better looking egg in less than the amount of time they used to deliver it to our table

never going back there again sorry...

the sour faced waitress and the blur waitress (who went on a tour around the shop with mr bf's ham and egg rice) is another reason...

byebye Ipoh Kopitiam...

Keep the spark going!

Death Note

I am sure most of us would already have watched DeathNote the movie. Now for all the Death Note fans out there, NCM Fathom and Viz Pictures will bring Live Action Death Note to selected movie theaters. And its only for 2 nights!!! (May 20th and 21st)
Furthermore this event will even feature a 20 minute feature on how the popular manga translates to live action.

The movie is about a student who finds the Death Note which is a notebook capable of controlling life and death. Any person's name written in the notebook will die a certain death. Isnt that cool to have such powers? If i were like Light Yagami and have a supernatural power...i would like to be able to be invisible...what for? to spy on people of course! :P

The Big Bad Scratch

Still remember the scratch i found on my car one day after work?

Well, 2 days ago i told my colleagues about my little dilemma and one of them offered to borrow me his scratch remover which he claims to be very effective...

Of cos i was very happy lah!!! At last...there's hope...
If this thing could work....i dont have to feel guilty everytime i want to open my car door...

First, clean up the area....

Apply the remover...

Then the instructions say you are supposed to use a cloth to apply pressure on the scratch and wipe it off.....

Wipe as hard as i could...

I even tried putting the remover 3 times ....

but..............

the scratch is still there!!! *bawls*

i think i have to fork out some money to send my car to a garage then =(

The Frontier

If you are a horror movie junkie...i think you should watch The Frontier.
Its uncensored and unrated...that's as scary as a scary movie can get! I've watched the trailer...and just watching the trailer gives me goosebumps! The movie is about a group of people who tried to sought help at an Inn which turned out to be owned by a family of cannibals!!!

This movie is certainly not for the faint hearted because of the violence,blood and gore and i guess some sexual elements :P
The movie has started screening in selected cinemas from the 9th of May onwards and it will only be screened for a week! Visit the website to see the select theater listings. However, no fret if you have not managed to catch the movie...cos the DVD will be released soon.

Initially the film was supposed to be shown as part of the After Dark HorrorFest's 8 Films to die for but it was slapped with an NC-17 rating...but that did not deter the producers from showingthe uncensored version of the movie in cinemas. Due to the determination of the producers of the movie, The Frontier despite being slapped with an NC-17 rating still manages to find its way to some selected theaters. This i believe is an unprecedented event and the movie deserves to receive support from all of us.

Good Ol Sunny Hill

There's nothing better than a cup of Sunny Hill ice cream to end a hectic work day...

One small cup with peanuts and topped with butterscotch...
mmmmm absolutely yum i tell u!

and its only RM3.80

We had some peanut cookies to go with the ice cream too just now...

Sometimes you don need 'high-crass' gellato or ice cream bar just to enjoy good ol ice cream...
well...maybe for those young-just-started-off couples can lahh...but for us "old" couples...sunny hill ice cream is enough la...

i can just wear my comfy lousy tee and shorts with a pair of flops and we can enjoy our ice cream in peaceeeeeee

come to think of it...i think one of our first few dates were at Sunny Hill...

wait a minute!!! how come i don get to go to high class gellato bars that time???
i want a refund!!!

Progress Report Epi 7

i m back again with the 7th episode of the house progress report =)

look what we have here...half tiled sitting room =)

and look at my the clean bedroom 'x'

finally, they have removed all the sand and cement and rubbish from the master bedroom
it looks more like a house now

and i especially love the bathroom in the master bedroom...

nah...close up...

of cos i would have been better if it was pink!

the other bathrooms all have the same tile designs

the ceiling with the erm...the white pieces of ummm...something before the plastering goes on...

A Haunted Car?

What i m going to write today is the whole truth and nothing but the truth...

for the weak hearted...pls stop reading here!

ok here goes...

Yesterday morning...

i woke up...popped my clothes into the machine...

brushed my teeth and i did my business in the toilet lah...

then while doing my business...i sudnly heard my car alarm went off...

i rushed outside...and it stopped...

hmmm...i scratched my head and went back in again...

and then.............

it went off again!

i rushed out and it stopped.........again!

at first i was groaning to myself thinking that oh no..the stupid rats must hv got to my alarm system this time!

and then..............!!!!

my car door unlocked and locked by itself!

my face turned green...!!!

I thought to myself...oh no!it must be the dead rat ... haunting my car!

but just that once...after that my car acted normal...

so la dee dah...i took out my clothes from the machine and went outside to hang them dry...

as i was hanging up my jeans....EH? whats this inside my jeans pocket?

i took it out andddddddd...

lo and behold...a wet car key!

then it dawned upon me........................

so that's what made my car alarm system went off!!!!

LOL

i hope it still works!!!

Yesterday...

While someone was doing this at home yesterday...

we managed to make GOOD use of the much-needed public holiday to go shopping at ....jeng jeng jeng...where else..LOL!

What is wrong with that dog anyway...this is not the first time i caught her sleeping like that...must be the dog food nowaday...i wonder what they put inside...hmm...

anyway...i went to my favouritest shop in the whole of Spring...hehe

so after i busted my piggie bank finished shopping at the face shop...we decided to go for a drink...

and for a change...no more Big Apple Donuts but.....

LOL...we had starbucks donut instead!...but it was not for me......hehe...cross my heart! lol
okla...i had a few bites......................FEW bites 'x'

so while mr bf was fiddling around with his psp i pretend pretend a bit and was browsing thru a chinese beauty mag :P

what to do?there was no english mag lying around...

and i was reading this review about some creams...and i saw this...

hmm anti-PERFECTION cream...

it got me thinking...why would it be anti-perfection?
skin too perfect already and wanto make it less perfect??

nono something doesnt sound too right here....i looked down...and lo and behold...

anti IMperfection lah!!! adui...what anti perfection...

if i were to own Garnier i would sue the mag!...this is bad advertising man!...lol >-)
