ok...it may be quite a disgrace for me being chinese and having a STEP BY STEP CHINESE COOKING book....but erm....well, i just thought it might do me more good by reading the exact steps instead of the ESTIMATION method used by my mom...WAHAHAHAHA...
Anyway, updates may be scarce these few days cos im bz preparing a slideshow for my parents wedding anniversary on 22nd of this mth ^_^

Perhaps you can go to the supermarket and buy those ready to mix and cook sauce..
easier and less to wash, but certainly, that is not real cooking though..
