Just in case any of you are wondering how is this possible...well, its cos the bridegroom is my ex colleague while the bride is my colleague lor.. :)
I think tis the season to get married...and get engaged as well i suppose
Cos i have 1 wedding and 1 engagement this month and 2 weddings nxt mth...tsk tsk tsk...
There were lots and lots of balloons floating around the banquet hall last nite :)
See...nice pretty balloons...and all those who have kids at home were tryign to gather as many balloons as possible '(oo)'
I wish my mama would do that for me too..boohoohoo cos if any of you dont know yet, i just love those helium filled balloons cos its pretttyyyy =)
Dear she-who-would-prefer-not-be-named who was sitting with me the whole nite...and who even asked me whether i would like to take a balloon home to which i replied NAHH OF COS NOT!
Well let me tell you...I LOVE THOSE BALLOONS...wahahahaha
But do you expect me to bring back a floating balloon in hand while there are bosses around me??OF COS NOT..oops 'x'

As i was eating ...a sudden image came to mind...can you imagine those cute little piglets sucking away at their mother's milk and suddenly bad men come and snatch them away..while laughing MUAHAHAHAHAHA...YOU R GONNA BE ROASTED!
And there goes at least 30 cute little piglets
Well i know they r reared to be eaten anyway...but but....piglets are supposed to be playing away with winnie the pooh in the 100 acre woods for g'ness sake...
Not on a wedding dinner table...erm
Ok maybe im overreacting..heeeeeee
Well back to the wedding dinner,its always nice to see people getting married and riding away hand in hand into the sunset...

moral of the story : be on time when attending a colleague's wedding dinner...cos the last remaining seats are always the ones near your boss :(

Thian Court has nicer settings now it seems. The last time I was there for dinner, it was so run down and the walls were basically plywood and u can peep tru the hole to see what's cooking.
hahaha... true true.... if u go to any functions that included ur boss, must go early...or else sit with boss.. :p
haha..talking abt sitting with boss at a dinner reception.
i was attending my best fren's wedding a while back and there we were, all the same head one sitting together and along came the boss..we were all like saying, don't look at her, don't look her, so she will walk and sit somewhere else but she has to come over and sit with us.
and what's worse, our fren whom she sit next to, even offer her the seat when she asked if the seat is taken.
we like hantam him like mad after the dinner but he said what's he suppose to do, he can't said the seat is taken.
moral of the story...the more u dread somthing, it'll always come true...hehehe!!!
yes wedding season now.. sigh.
